West Bay Hotels with Balcony

"The wonderful staff members make Hotel Indigo stand out. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Angelina at the front desk, valets, restaurant and bar staff. It really wasn’t a problem that the hotel is set back from the beach. Our room (double one bedroom suite) was very spacious and had a great view and a wrap around corner balcony. Hotel guests have access to the Bonny Moon beach club which is directly across the street and has beachfront chairs and very attentive bar/food service. The room and public spaces are beautifully decorated and well kept. We hope to be back again soon!"

"Pleasantly surprised, breakfast was top notch, suite spacious and clean. Nice large pool. Decent quality plates and cutlery. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. On site amenities operator was friendly and very helpful with very nice tours. All round a very good stay."

"We had an amazing stay at Governors Village! We had issues with our flight and arrived the day after our intended check in and when we called to let them know they were more than accommodating and held our room. Check in was seamless and the room was exactly how it is in the pictures. So nice to have appliances and dishware to cook in the apartment. It was also very quiet there was no noise we heard at all from neighbors and facilities were so clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas to rent as well and the location to the beach is incredible, it’s really a 2 minute walk to the best beach. Theres also great restaurants around, we walked every night to dinner checking out different spots. The only thing I would say is I had to go back and forth a bit to get a change of towels for a 7 day stay (they tell you that you have to pay in the app for them which is annoying even if it’s for an exchange of towels but the host accommodated us). It would be crazy to use the same towel for 7 days and have to pay to exchange but everything was resolved. We also only had one roll of toilet paper so I would suggest including a couple for future guests. Parking is also great, plenty of spaces throughout the property and easy access to all apartments. All in all we had a really fantastic time and were so pleased with how economical the price was for what we got especially looking at hotel rates in the area. We’ll be back soon!!"

"Este hotel hace todo excelente. El hotel luce nuevo, el personal excelente, gimnasio excelente, piscina excelente, parking gratuto, nos dejaron late check out gratis hasta las 3pm, a 3 minutos caminando del Westin, en donde podrán hacer uso de la piscina, de las sillas de playa, sombrilla, etc. Tiene la mejor playa de Islas Cayman, Seven Mile Beach. Recomiendo 100% este hotel."
