"Sehr bequeme Betten, sind aber zwei einzelne, welche sich leicht voneinander verschieben. Es war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurden zwei Haare im Bad gefunden, aber nicht störend. Einige Fliegen an der Zimmerdecke, aber nicht schlimm, sondern nur optisch. Einfaches ein- und auschecken. Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, in 5 min mit dem Auto in Liechtenstein, und ca 35 min entfernt vom Walensee. Frühstück ist eher klein und wenn man um 9 Uhr (Wochenende) kommt, ist kaum noch etwas da. Nur...

"Direct in het centrum en op loopafstand van bus en trein en stad is gelegen aan snelweg. Diverse eetgelegenheden, barretjes, kledingwinkels en supermarkten. De kamer heeft alle faciliteiten die je verwacht. Weinig tot geen lawaai van de omgeving. Prima locatie en behulpzaam personeel."

"Driving is a horror movie to this hotel!! Gps does not show the exact location. Plus its located in a very far away separeted mountain - the roads are very dangerous!! If you are not a good and experienced driver, do NOT go to this hotel! Hotel is old, but thats not the problem. It has basic comfort and rooms are Ok, the view is amazing. "

"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."

"On our trip to Europe which included eight different countries, this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in! While the parking was less than desirable, Daniel at the reception was kind and helpful in recommending public parking near the hotel for us. The room was amazing, the breakfast which was included, was the best we had in Europe and the location was very convenient to the old town and the train station. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Switzerland."

"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."

"Waren für 3 Nächte und das App. in der 3. Etage war nüchtern, praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett und die Aussicht waren perfekt. NEGATIV der absolut widerliche Geruch im Flur und im App. Wir hatten ununterbrochen das Fenster auf, aber es verbesserte sich nur gering. Für uns war es ein Ekelaufenthalt !!! Durch den Betreiber, den wir gleich informiert haben, gab es keine Abhilfe."

"Tolles Haus, in dem alte Substanz mit viel Gespür und Stil in die Gegenwart geholt wurde. Einzig die WC Spülung war tempramentvoll und das Bettzeug vom Waschen löchrig. Je nach Duschverhalten hat man im Bad mitunter Überschwemmungen erzeugt."

"Très froid à l’unterieur de la chambre de bain, l’indication dans la chambre parle d’un petit dejeuner mais ce n’est pas disponible ni inclus. Le parking est vraiment compliqué pour des nord americain. Les applications ne fonctionnent pas pour nous et la borne ne prends que de la monaie Suisse perte de temps"
