Misty Hills Ella Resort

"We loved our stay at Misty hills. The view was incredible, the staff so helpful and delicious breakfasts with an egg and omelette bar included. The room was cleaned each day with a balcony view out into the hills that stunned us every time we looked out. It was a good location - 15 minute walk into the centre, however they also organised hiring a scooter for us for our 2 days which we would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the wider bits Ella has to offer. The property is slightly rough and ready compared to the photos but this did NOT take away anything from the experience of our stay. The view made it one of the best spots we stayed in. We highly recommend Misty Hills to anyone wanting the best view Ella has to offer."

"We stayed at this amazing property for 3 days as a group of four and had a wonderful experience. The mountain views from our room were stunning, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited spread, but everything was delicious. The approach road can be a bit tricky, with a steep, narrow downhill stretch that accommodates only one car at a time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"An ideal hotel for exploring Ella , the hotel is conveniently situated close to Adams Peak trail and The Nine Arches Bridge . The breakfast room has panoramic views Of the mountains . We were greeted with a cup of tea on arrival . The staff ate all so helpful. Food was excellent and a great choice too ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ella Nine Peaks (Araliya Villa & The Club House). The beautiful property, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made our visit truly memorable. A special thanks to Chef Shashi for his warm welcome, outstanding service, and incredibly delicious food. His kindness and attention to detail were remarkable. Manager Nalin was extremely professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and giving us an excellent tour of the clubhouse. Sarojini was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our meals were served on time and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Chef Shashi, Nalin, and Sarojini are truly valuable assets to this resort. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent food and outstanding service. We will definitely return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A special shoutout to the staff who provided truly outstanding service. The location is ideal: perched on the hill so it’s easy for cars to access, yet still well within short walking distance of the town center, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at Yala Safari Camping was absolutely amazing! The staff greeted us at the meeting point outside the park and organized a private ride to the glamping tents. When we arrived there was a home cooked Sri Lankan lunch waiting for us. Our room was very clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything we could need. It was also beautifully nestled into the jungle with amazing views and surrounded by wildlife. The safari tour was great, our guide was very helpful and made sure we had a great view of everything, we even saw a leopard! Thank you so much for making our stay so incredible and memorable!!"
