"Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, AC was perfect"

"The hotel seemed nice....looked good. What made it a terrible stay for me was the bed/ matress comfort. It was so hard. It felt like I was in a sleeping bag on the floor. It hurt so bad that I slept on top of four pillows just to have any comfort. The box spring was metal...no spring. I almost slept in my car. Very disappointing for Holiday Inn!! I will not stay here again."

"The hotel looked fairly new and outside and inside were extremely clean and modern. It is one of the new minimal types of hotels. There is plenty of parking that was very well lit. The desk clerk, Dede, was very pleasant and efficient. The lobby offers 24 hour coffee and tea. She told us about the Hometown Grill that is in walking distance and offers a discount for guests. We arrived on a Sat evening and the restaurant had a steak and seafood buffet for $18.99 (think Golden Corral type food)....

"The motel was exceptionally clean and quiet. It was close to the highway but not so close that you could hear the traffic. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Keep up the great work Motel 6!"

"Location was great, right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take screenshots of your check-in code before arriving as there’s spotty Wi-Fi so we couldn’t even call the host. We drove down the road until we got LTE bars on cell phone and then we could check in. Bed was comfy, shower good. Lots of privacy; didn’t hear the neighbors in the cabin next to Dripping Rock. Didn’t use the big tub. Loved the quiet location & all the fireflies. Saw lots of deer & bunnies. Arrived during the Canadian...

"Yhe air in our room wasn't on and it took all night to cool off. The Second floor ice machine wasn't working. Mostly carb options at breakfast except overcooked hard boiled eggs and apples. My carb loving fa.ily rated the breakfast a bit higher. No other eggs or meat"

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel on a cross country trip. The location is great. We had a nice walk around town when we arrived in the evening and then a nice run around the hills in the morning. The facilities are a little run down but the staff is great. We appreciated the morning breakfast but it was just a basic continental offering."
