"Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced."

"Overpriced for what it is. Long checkin and checkout procedure. Tons of staff not knowing what to do. Room OK, shower curtains missing. Restaurant basic and pricey. Breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Also the ayurvedic wellness center was very good. "

"THE AREA IS GREEN AND OPEN"

"Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!"

"The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities."

"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. "Stay was good, exceptional service by restaurant staff, they made something off menu when requested, also everything was tasty. One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine"
