"Its crazy to have the staff use the same elevator as the guests. Especially in the morning, when guests are checking out, going to breakfast, and u have cleaning crews with big carts trying to use the same elevator. Have them come in earlier or later after beast checkout time. It was crazy this morning going to eat breakfast and then trying to check out. Every elevator had a cleaning crew, with a large basket, and guests had to wait a long time for a elevator."

"We have stayed at this property in the past and always have a great experience. We used the pool a few times and enjoyed it. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order. The location is great! Very close to down town Destin area and also 30a beaches and restaurants."

"I didn’t go to the bar so I don’t know about that. I was in a handicap room which was on the ground floor so I couldn’t see the ocean, but it was convenient. Didn’t have to walk but a few feet to get to the beach. The staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower. It barely had any pressure at all. Next time I will stay on an upper level. The beach was not crowded. Close to a lot of shops food activities within...

"We had a wonderful stay! It didn’t seem to crowded despite being Memorial Day Weekend. The only fault would be the ELEVATORS. wait times to get on an elevator could be up to 25 minutes at times. They need to fix this because it was upsetting a lot of people"

"bath was clogged plumbing was loose bathroom door didn’t have lock chairs where obviously broken walls where dirty toilet tank lid didn’t match the tank poorly painted all over dirty looking hostel that poses as a hotel this place should cost no more than a $100 a night don’t get deceived by the pictures that’s not what you get"
