"The only problem we had was checkin, they only let you checkin at 6 pm in june and july, crazy, busiest time of the year having everyone checkin at the same just causes long lines of frustration and causing tempers to flare, it would work out much better in my opinion to check people in on arrival if their room is ready ."

"Our family stays here every year & we love it! The staff is always nice & we love the pool & Tiki bar. I wish this hotel had elevators, that is literally the only negative part. We will definitely be staying here again though. "

"My trip was amazing. The only downfall was the bathroom tub, and.sink draining really slow and the bathroom smelled like urine the entire time... Also everyone there was awesome except one black lady at night , RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY 😕."
