"The room was stunning, loved the sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food choices. The staff made our experience even better! They were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We did stay at San Angelo during April- the low season- so the bar and restaurants were sadly not open yet. The spa also was not availabile yet, but we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi- which was lovely. Overall having stayed in the low season, the hotel was very quiet...

"We stayed here fo four nights and we felt exceptionally comfortable at this hotel - especially because of the magnificent staff! Every minor or major request was met with utter kindness, competence and a quick solution, everyone was happy to help with any question or wish that came up. The breakfast is really delicious, also because the hotel has an own farm, where they get fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. "The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). "The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect. "Hotel is a out of town (walkable distance) however while some may see is as negative I see it as a bonus. Hotel comes with private beach, sunbeams included in the price, seaview rooms. Hotel restaurant is absolutely outstanding. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing holidays."
