"The hotel looks kind of dirty BUT it’s a beach hotel and older so overall we were happy. They need to paint and replace carpet with cleanable flooring. We had the suite which was very roomy with a big bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location was great, the pool was small but nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I liked the texting during our stay asking if all was good. I did not enjoy the bar music downstairs being loud pretty much all day until 1am. "Keep in mind that you are here for the oceanfront! PROS-The view from our 7th floor was spectacular. The room itself was a good size for 2 people, and the bed was quite comfy. The shower/tub was plenty big with nice hot water and good pressure. Check in and check out was easy. The parking garage is very convenient, but take note-it is $20 per day to park. "The actual property was clean. Wished it was help when we arrived to get a cart. I also saw an older couple that had to get a cart and get their own things on a cart. It was Juneteeth weekend with No live R& B music for entertainment or nothing representing Happy JUNETEENTH. Asked for wash cloth and towels in the am, had to call again and received it that evening."

"We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay."
