"The tv was either broken or very cheap. It was too small for the room and sounded like tin cans connected with string. The room was pretty clean but definitely worn down. MDF furniture had missing chunks, the paint job in the room and hallways looked like “landlord special” (painted over hardware, etc) and it smelled a little musty-don’t know why any beach hotel would still use carpet. "The 2 bedroom place that we stayed at was very quiet. We felt like we were the only ones in that area. The facility was nice, there were things that needed to be fixed or updated. We were out the room most of the weekend and were only in the room to sleep. They definitely need to look at the beds. I could feel the springs in the mattress."

"I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. "The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. "The best part was the large room that was clean. The view was also amazing, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The staff was also very personable and helpful. The downside was the hotel just being in need of renovation, other guests causing the hallways and elevator to smell like weed. "
