"I will start with the service at the front desk. Wow! this is what hospitality should look like at every hotel. The front desk manager helped solving some problems upon arrival, since we were traveling by bike on the Camino de Santiago. He made sure that the bikes could charge overnight and they even moved them to the storage area themselves, while we were changing clothes in our room. Provided water for our flasks the next day. All of this, while being friendly, calm and helpful.

"Das Hotel ist wirklich idyllisch gelegen ubd architektonisch sehr charmant.
Aber wenn man als Pilger nach einem anstrengenden Tag endlich dort ankommt und erst vor Ort - absolut in der Pampa - erfährt, dass das Restaurant Ruhetag hat, dann ist das schon hart. Aber man hat mir ein Sandwich gemacht. Ich hatte das Gefühl, der einzige Gast zu sein.
Im Bad gab es keinen Föhn. Konnte man aber an der Rezeption erhalten."
