"The breakfast quality was fairly good however the sitting area was a party hall with tables arranged too close to each other. The double king bedroom that we booked was not given to us and instead a single king bed room was provided with extra mattress on the floor which was not at all nice. They didn’t even give extra blanket even after calling. Didn’t have tea/ coffee service at 6:30 AM and told it would start at 7:30 AM. The room provided was quite nice and clean however not what we booked....

"Room and location are 5 star. Geyser and food (in quantity) are something lacking. Water doesn't get hot. Food quantity small compared to other hotels. "

"The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of EV Royal Inn was also convenient, being close to the city centre."
