The staff, we haven’t met anyone in person though communication was good, sent us a message prior to our arrival regarding check-in time and she replies to our queries immediately, if we need assistance. No need was left unattended to. They assisted with dinner reservations, tour tickets as well as transportation to the airport. "Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless."
