"This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel in the past year. Thanks to the incredible service that I received at the front desk check in. Courtesy of the young lady from Medellin. This was by far the best stay that I have had at this hotel. She was extremely serviceable & very attentive. Not only during check-in but throughout our entire 4 days stay. The hotel & guests are very fortunate to have her be part of the experience. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel and received a warm welcome from the staff, which made me feel right at home. Even though the property is older, it has a lot of charm. That said, some updates are definitely needed, such as fixing the room floors and taking care of a few repairs. With a little maintenance, this place could be even better. Thank you !!"

"Im very please with the property, food was great staff was great. But i fall inside the bathroom was very slippery and it was nothing to hold on to it. I hurt my back and my head was crack open. I told the front desk and all he said is send a review Im glad I was there with my mom and she help me. I cant imagine if it was my mom who fall in there. They don't have a handy cap reel or nothing. Really danger "

"Very nice place, modern throughout, large rooms fully equipped living room and huge king size bed. Tricky to get hot water working in shower complicated faucet but shown how by staff. Great breakfast with onsite chef for omelets. Pool with rooftop bar very nice. Great value!"
