"Wonderful stay "

"Circumstances meant that I could not stay on the date booked. I contacted the hotel and Expedia to change the date and pay any difference. Request refused due to “hotel policy”. Totally inflexible. We went to another resort. "

"Flott opphold med tilgjengelige sjåfører som tar deg ned til sentrum når du måtte ønske deg. Frokosten var litt varierende og hadde kjedelige utvalg. Spa-avdelingen var helt nydelig og lite folksomt "

"Bella camera, arredata con gusto e romantica, ottima colazione, bel garage (consiglio, parcheggio in zona molto difficile), comodo per le piste (300 metri a piedi in discesa, si lascia l'auto in hotel e si cammina, come parte dell'esercizio sportivo della giornata). Fantastico per il cagnolino, che resta ore incantato a guardare i coniglietti (come alla TV) mentre uno si rilassa o fa colazione."

"Warm fridge, air con didn’t work, filthy room, leaking shower screen, poor service in the “restaurant” with even worse food. The attitude of the staff when anything was pointed out was nonchalant and dismissive."

"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

"We ended up in the annex next to the lift. We were worried about that to start with because of reviews. But we had a lovely stay and used the main hotel to sit and have drinks and play cards, et cetera. It worked out very well we would stay again."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la atención del personal es inmejorable, repito, INMEJORABLE. Sin embargo, dos factores que perjudicaron: El cuarto es sumamente caliente, pues recibe el sol de la tarde, quizá en otras épocas del año es bueno, pero en primavera no lo es, imagino en verano debe ser insoportable. La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, por lo que al intentar abrir la ventana para refrescar, el problema es entonces el ruido del exterior, pues pasan constantemente...

"This hotel is a gem!! Flanked by stunning 360 degree views of the snow capped mountains and the valley below we were totally enchanted. Our host was so friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions on where to hike and where to eat. Their breakfast was extensive - eggs , cured meats , breads and cakes. We couldn’t ask for more. Rooms were in mint condition. Bathrooms very clean. Do note however that we visited during the off season so many restaurants were closed. Car parking available on the...
