"Great little hotel for what we wanted. Few days on the sun, central location in old town and access to a pool. Can't complain at all really. Would recommend to friends and family"

"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"Zimmer war sauber, Klima funktionierte, das Personal naja... wenn ich um 14:30 Uhr ankomme, möchte ich auf mein Zimmer und nicht zum Pool geschickt werden, der natürlich völlig ausgebucht war, da 40 Grad im Schatten. Sorry da habe ich kein Verständnis für... der Praktikant/Auszubildende stand nur zur Deko da.... anstatt sich um die Leute zu kümmern... alles im Allem war es okay, aber für das Geld kann man sich auch mehr Mühe geben."

"Eine echt tolle Unterkunft! Man 15-20 min fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen, wenn man gerne spazieren geht. Ich habe mir ein Fahrrad gemietet. Der Verleih war direkt nebenan und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder! 😊"

"A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."

"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."

"We really liked the hotel's location. It was easy to get into the Old Town and to the beach area. Also we had a great view of the Arts & Science Park from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the standard of the breakfast. The hot food items were not really hot and seemed to have been out for a while. Also the fresh fruit, although plentiful, did not have much variety. For the price of the breakfast, we had...

"We really liked the cleanliness of the room, and how close the hotel is to the train station. If the rooftop bar had more ambience it would be a great spot to enjoy after a long day."
