"Lovely stay at Hotel Deloix. Ideal for families. Tucked out of the way from the louder and busier parts of Benidorm. In the summer I would imagine it’s quite busy but we visited over Easter. Outdoor pools still very cold but gorgeous setting. Indoor pool was very welcome. It would be a good idea to take swimming hats as they are required for the indoor pool. "The pool was huge and well maintained as we all the common areas
Rooms were large and bathrooms very spacious
Glass policy is ingenious but a real pain in the backside
Bar staff and all staff to be fair were helpful apart from Maria in the poolside bar who was condescending and made comments in spanish when she didn’t like something. Fortunately I speak Spanish so heard most of it. Pool absolutely freezing cold and no air con in rooms a disgrace"
