"The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. "送迎を頼む重いキャリーケースでも難なく向かうことができた。エレベーターもありました。部屋も設備も清潔で使いやすかった。 バスルームの扉が半透明なのでトイレを利用する際に気を遣ったが、親しい間柄の人同士なら気にならないかもしれないです。 利用した部屋はマッターホルンビューではない部屋だったが、夜は街の明かりと星空がとても美しかったです。 バルコニーは屋根付きでしたが、スズメのフンが落ちてたので洗濯したものを干す際は注意だと思いました。 ただそれ以上に全体が綺麗なのと朝食がとても美味しかったので総合的には大満足です。"

"共有の電子レンジと冷蔵庫は地下にあります。部屋にはケトル、テレビ、ドライヤーがありますが、エアコンはありません。他のスイスのホテルでは扇風機が置かれていることが多かったのですが、このホテルにはなさそうでした。 立地はとても便利で、どの鉄道駅にも比較的近く、大きなスーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあります。 私たちの部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、朝食会場やホテルの庭からはきれいに見ることができました。 朝食はやや質素な印象ですが、スイスでは一般的なのかもしれません。おかず系は少なく、パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、シリアルといったラインナップでした。 私たちが宿泊した時は、東アジア系の宿泊者が多い印象でした。 今回は独立した湯船付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、水栓がどうしても閉まらず…。気づいた時にはすでにフロントが閉まっていて、結局湯船に入れませんでした。宿泊される方は、21:30前までに一度お湯をためられるか確認しておくことをおすすめします！"

"We didn't expect the quality that we received when we booked at the Monte Rosa! We were so pleased- we love to stay in historic places & often they can be less than updated. We had asked for a room with a view of the Matterhorn, not realizing that we booked a suite. And it was worth every penny. "We were upgraded to the Porta Cervino hotel. The staff and service were excellent They went the extra mile to make guests welcome and comfortable. I have everything good to say about the staff service and the hotel amenities. From Thomas at the reception to the General Manager Yannic. Only wish they had air conditioning though it was cool at night do we opened the windows in the evening for a bit. Also, we visited during the peak of the heat wave in Europe. I would definitely stay again at...

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"Good location, very friendly staffs, shuttle bus drivers are very helpful. Good breakfasts and good daily dinners menus. Nice balcony can watch Matthorn sunrise . Only a 3 minutes walk to the bridge for sunrise view. 5 minutes walk to Matthorn glacier paradise cable car station."

"Very cool hotel. Glass everywhere, so you get great views pretty much wherever you are. Many doorknobs and chandeliers are made with everyday objects which was funky and fun. When we arrived in our room, our luggage was already there after dropping off earlier in the day, and we had 2 chocolates and a mini prosecco on ice awaiting us.
