"Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmer, sauber geräumig und intelligent und vorzüglich eingerichtet. Das Personal stets freundlich und das Frühstück fantastisch. Wir hatten auch eine grosse Gartenterrasse und es war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Den Spa - Bereich war gleich unterhalb unseres Zimmer und haben ihn genossen. Zugleich war das Wetter ein Traum. Wir werden, so hoffe ich, bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke für die fünf sonnigen und angenehmen Tage, die wir bei ihnen verbringen...

"I enjoyed so much this hotel as every member of staff was kind and polite, its all facility was good and breakfast was also fine. What was the most surprising was all instruments for yoga in the room were free to use. Swim and exercise wear should be brought when you stay, since you will find yourself enjoying those activities there. I would say it is also good that the hotel is located so nearby the Zermatt station just behind the Gornergrat railway station. You can enhance your stay in Zermatt...

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....

"Hairdryer didn’t work safe didn’t work. Shower floor is cracked . No complementary water in room. We stayed one night and spent half the time sorting out issues considering it was my milestone birthday made us late and rushed. When I asked for a hairdryer I was told to wait 15 mins or go down to the spa to use the hairdryer . We had a dinner reservation and had 30 mins get ready. It was sorted when i pushed but shouldn’t have had to. Also two bins in the family room . Wouldn’t stay here again....

"Breakfast is wonderful. The location is convenient. Anabel is very sweet and helpful. The only bug is the laundry facility. There’s only one washer and dryer. They’re locked inside a cross street locked building. And they don’t provide tooth brushes and slippers. Not even shampoo and conditioner. It’s a nice place to stay."
