"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"The room was very nice but the air conditioner couldn’t keep up and of course everything was blamed on the heat wave, but one of the couple that was with us said that her room was freezing. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the air conditioner system, because the heatwave is going to happen every year."

"The hotel is located near the parking lot between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 of CDVVAL station. It's about a 5-minute walk, but there are stairs. A welcome drink was provided. I booked a room with two single beds, but they only had a room with one king-size bed. While this is acceptable, I question the hotel's service. The room felt spacious with large windows and high ceilings. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box. Drinking water can be obtained in front of the reception desk."

"Great location with easy walk access to Louvre, Eiffel Tower etc. lots of great restaurants nearby, and the Seine a couple blocks away. Easy access to metro as well. Stairs were fine for our family of 5 but would be an issue for someone with mobility issues. We were there during the heatwave so it was quite hot with no A/C, but having the windows open and the fans running helped. Overall was a great place for our family of 5 despite the 40 degree heat wave!"

"Un client me poursuivait et j’ai intercepté discrètement le monsieur de la réception qui était aux ascenseurs. Je lui ai demandé à 3 reprises de m’accompagner dans l’ascenseur et à ma chambre et il a refusé. Je trouve ça déplorable (7 juillet 2026 en soirée). Les autres employés ont été courtois."
