"Wasn’t worth what I paid for. Room run down, staff unfriendly and pool closed. I literally chose this place over the other for the pool."

"Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade."

"Sehr nettes Personal, der Shuttle-Service zum Disneyland war toll. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen war super, aber der Preis war etwas übertrieben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hatten und es wirklich sehr heiß war."

"We enjoyed our stay. We reserved a room for 4 days, 3 nights and the property was great. Close by to the Val d’europ station where we board the metro about 2 minutes away from the hotel. The metro was a 4 minute ride into Disney. Close by restaurants and a mall nearby. Very suburban so the location was very quiet."

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Shuttle zum Disneyland kam in 10 min Takt immer pünktlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Disneyland nah (geht auch gut zu Fuß ca. 30min) Würde das Hotel wirklich nur für Disneyland buchen."

"The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend. The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so...

"Hotel pulito, ottimo il servizio navetta per il Parco Disney. Colazione non all'altezza della struttura. Non è prevista inoltre la colazione da portare via per chi non riesce a farla per problemi di orario."

"Het was een mooi en schoon hotel met een ruime familiekamer, alleen wij persoonlijk vonden de matrassen erg hard en dus niet heel best geslapen. Maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Airco was ook twijfelachtig. Parkeren was ook fijn omdat je niet buiten hoefde te staan. Voor €16 p/p mag het ontbijt wel iets beter, stond geen melk voor cornflakes bijv. Was net iets te duur voor wat je allemaaal kunt eten. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Dus over het algemeen wel een goed hotel."
