At times even when they were busy they made it their priority to help me with any language barriers regarding public services. The place was kept immaculately clean. "We were told the hotel is rated #2 in town, but it didn’t feel like it. Outside of old city, but walkable distance- about 10 min walk. I would rather stay inside the old town If we go next time. Also, mattresses are just too too hard ! Otherwise lovely stay - clean, safe and extremely friendly."

"Hotel is a little out of the city (~20 minutes walk) and the hotel is designed to cater for business travellers. However, it still makes a good base for tourists visiting Samarkand. The room was clean and modern, bathroom was really nice but the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was buffet style and was fine. The staff on the front desk were helpful and gave really good recommendations on where to eat nearby. I did have some issues as when I arrived the hotel didn't seem to have a record...

"The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Shower water pressure is great Staffs are very friendly and speak very good English, helped us arranged a city tour and transfer The hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood close to lyabi square. We felt very safe walking at night. We would highly recommend this place."
