"This property has a great location, especially to the ports/ ferries. It has many helpful amenities. It also serves a long duration stays or apartments so there is a communal kitchen if you needed it. It has a modern / Nordic design. There is not much staff , you check in by yourself. Our room could have been cleaned better as we found nail clippings on the chairs and floors. Otherwise the property was great and perfect for our needs"

"Impressive building with stunning views from every window. Loved the pool and gym facilities. Room was well proportioned and I can't fault the daily room service. Great location for the ferry and it's a swift tram ride back to the centre. Highly recommend"

"If you are not familiar with the Citybox hotel chain, like I wasn't, you will be surprised by their extremely lean structure and staff. Having said that, I don't think their obsession with efficiency caused any problems with our stay. Checking in and out is extremely fast and easy, the communal kitchen is convenient and clean, the few staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful, and the premises were brand new. Rooms were initially clean and functional (although not cleaned again...

"Beautiful hotel with Finnish style and furnishings both in the common areas and the rooms. Our room requests were fulfilled and were ready even a few hours before check in which was appreciated. Great location in a central and elegant area of Helsinki walking distance to many sites. Great variety and quality of food at the breakfast buffet. We tried the on site restaurant for dinner one night and really enjoyed the local food dishes. The service was slightly slow both there and a few times...

"Extremely good centrally located hotel within a few minutes of main railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly very quiet. Excellent breakfast choices too. Handy for shops and restaurants and all main attractions in city centre. Staff always available and friendly. Cannot praise this place highly enough and would definitely stay again."

Toll wäre ein kleiner Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, den hatten wir nicht. Wir haben das Frühstück gebucht. Es war sehr gut. Die Auswahl war super. Eine Kleinigkeit: Es gibt mehrere Milchalternativen, was gut war. Aber Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato gab es an den Kaffeemaschinen nicht auszuwählen."
