"Underground parking beneath the hotel was super convenient and they allowed us to leave the car past checkout so we didn’t have to hurry to get back from a last tour of the old city! The location is perfect just a short walk from everything! The breakfast was really good as well, the rooms clean and nice and very helpful staff! Top marks for a great place and great value!"

"This was my second stay at the Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg. Overall, it was a fantastic stay as always.
For travelers with a car or rental car, having a parking garage directly under the hotel is a huge benefit since parking can be hard to find in Bamberg. The hotel overall is modern and well furnished, has friendly and helpful staff, a great free breakfast buffet, and a bar/restaurant in the hotel for folks who are short on time to eat out in town. The hotel is walkable (20 minutes for most)...
