"Beautiful view and easy location to get to from the Ferry stop. Comfortable bed and appreciated the kitchen area. Basic amenities provided and great for our stay in Hallstatt. They approved an early check in which we were grateful for. The only note is the number and email sent to confirm our arrival time was not a functioning email or number so we didn’t know whether or not our host received our arrival time until we called a different number listed. "

"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the room service breakfast was too. If you have larger luggage there is no need to carry yr luggage up a bunch of stairs only to get onto your room. There is a walkway entrance in the center of town that you can roll yr luggage up. "

"Excellent Hotel centrally located in town! Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using their spa very much. The staff was very friendly, especially Jan at the front desk. He arranged a to-go lunch for our early morning check out."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...

"We booked the top floor suite, thinking it should be a quiet haven for sleep. But it turns out to be right under the rooftop bar/restaurant, so lots of noise until around 2am. And then at 6:30am the cleaners began above us, noisily tossing chairs and tables about as they vaccumed. Bad, very bad. So, we got moved down a floor to a tiny room on the opposite end, and.. sewer gases from the ductwork rapidly made us ill. So at 11pm, we packed up and left for a Real hotel 20min away. Never...

"Neues sehr hochwertiges Hotel mit topmoderner Ausstattung. E-Ladestation vorhanden für 2 PKW, manchmal Wartezeit, weil andere Pkw die Ladestation verstellen obwohl sie nicht laden. Internet bei Vollbelegung am Rande seiner Kapazität. Zimmer sehr geräumig und schön, insbesondere die Family Suiten. Ausgezeichnete Wellness. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Personal bemüht sich und arbeitet am Rande seiner Möglichkeiten. Leider sprechen manche Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch."

"Compact but well laid out rooms. Around half the rooms are facing the main road (with a small park in between) so there may be some noise when vehicles pass but it’s still manageable. Love that the parking is right in front of the property, and there are some restaurants nearby."
