"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...

"Room was clean. It had a kitchen and had cups, plates, pans, kettle and toaster. The location is next to the Danube. The check in is done by email so no staff."

"Sehr abgenutzte Möbel im Zimmer und undichter Wasserkrahn im Badezimmer. Wasserpfütze unter dem Becken. Für den Preis zu teuer. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Würden auf keinen Fall nochmal dahin. Da das Hotel bei der 1. Übernachtung ausgebucht war, hatten wir zur Entschädigung ein Drink nach Wahl. Zutaten beim Drink fehlten oder waren falsch. "Historic hotel was an excellent choice for a 3 night holiday. Loved the outdoor swimming pool which was very warmby the lake. Also very nice to test out the lake swimming pool next to it to get an idea of actual temperature. Breakfast was superb especially the made to order omelettes, fried eggs, real honeycomb and different assortment of breads including especially delicious cheese rolls.
