"Man kann nicht alles haben entweder Zentrum oder ruhige Lage! Ev ist es in den Zimmern des Neubau die nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße sind leiser aber dafür bekommt man nichts vom ganzen Trubel mit. Alles in allem war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke alle Mitarbeiter die für einen schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben."

"Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food.
