"El lugar está cerca de Torres del Paine por lo que tiene una gran ubicación. El personal super amable, el lugar limpio. Muy acogedor. La localidad es muy pequeña por lo que no hay mucho que hacer, pero si regresas del parque cansado es el punto perfecto. Pero si quieres opciones o inclusive combustible, hay q ir a Puerto Natales."

"My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."

"The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location"
