"Really nice stay"

"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! The hotel serves breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. That was ok since we were out in the middle of the day. My only complaint was the wi-fi. It...

"El lugar está cerca de Torres del Paine por lo que tiene una gran ubicación. El personal super amable, el lugar limpio. Muy acogedor. La localidad es muy pequeña por lo que no hay mucho que hacer, pero si regresas del parque cansado es el punto perfecto. Pero si quieres opciones o inclusive combustible, hay q ir a Puerto Natales."

The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again."
