"Non working rooms in my experience with no working shower. EXPEDIA and ANDREITA HOTEL scam travelers and actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their lack of advertised amenities and faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night. "My massage was amazing and as good as some of the dishes tasted, I had the worst food poisioning of my life because of the chicken tikka masala where I wound up being sick for a week in Uganda after then flying to Rwanda to go to the ER because of salmonella. Btw, when I told staff I was very sick, they offered nothing to compensate. Terrible"
