"Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value "

"We chose a Deluxe room on the 7th floor and it was huge! The wrap-around view, from the ski jump to the south to the mountains to the north, was incredible. The short walking distance to the bahnhoff made for very easy arrival and departure, and we were a short walking distance to the old town. We looked into MANY other hotels in the area, but this central location and its views made the choice very easy. The staff is excellent! Das Hotel befindet sich auf der Maria-Theresienstraße, der Haupteinkaufsstraße in Innsbruck, das Goldene Dachl, der Inn, die Hofkirche usw. sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt."

"The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again. We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens. "

"Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Vor dem Hotel liegt der schöne Marktplatz ,mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants und hinter dem Hotel beginnen direkt die Wanderwege, in einer Wiesen und Parklandschaft. Der Bergblick vom Balkon der Chalets ist traumhaft! Ebenfalls der Wellnessbereich und die sehr gute Küche des Hotels sind hervorragend. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder ins Hotel Alpenlove nach Seefeld."

"Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten, allerdings fehlt eine Klimaanlage – was bei wärmeren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm macht. Die persönliche Ansprache mit "Du" mag sympathisch wirken, doch dazu gehört aus unserer Sicht auch, dass man umfassend informiert wird. Leider fehlten einige wichtige Informationen: Wir wurden z. B. nicht darüber informiert, dass Bademäntel und Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich an der Rezeption geholt werden...
