"The hotel was in a nice location, close to everything, including the free shuttle to go to Lech to ski. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I did not think the bed and pillows were comfortable at all…& I think they need a better vibe in the lounge and bar area. It was too quiet. Would’ve been nice to play some lounging music. Also, the fitness room could use some improvement."
