"Very convenient location. Very good breakfast option. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we stayed (June 2025), there was construction across the street which added some noise during the day, but that is not the hotel's fault and should be completed in the next few months I would expect. "

"This was a perfect place to stay in Innsbruck. We loved the quiet garden and the location was perfect. Quiet and walkable to everything. Would definitely come back!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Suite. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sind eigentlich FKK-Zone. Leider haben es viele bei der Buchung wohl nicht gelesen. Der Anteil an „Textilern“ war leider sehr hoch. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Man fühlt sich zeitweise unwohl im Schwimmbad."

"Love the hotel at heart of old town, next to Golden Roof and all the activities. Walking distance to Innsbruck HBF. Staffs were including the lady owner were very polite and service oriented. Breakfast was excellent with juicer for fresh fruit juice. Room sound proof was great and shield off the noise from the street. Great 3 night stay ! Will comeback again. "

"This hotel is located right next to the old town and is equisite. Each room is extremely charming and has maintained its years of history. The roof top area provides breathtaking views of the mountains. The room where the outstanding breakfast is served is like a medieval castle. The staff are very friendly and courteous. This is an excellent hotel. "

"Room was very clean and hotel was very quiet. Location was great. Next to historic district and short walk from train station. Free Innsbruck card was very helpful for using local transportation just outside. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of cozy atmosphere. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat ein ausgiebiges Frühstücksbüffet. Der Service von kempinski selbst ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Ich muss Te eine Änderung an der Buchung vornehmen. Das Hotel selbst ist nicht zu erreichen. Man landet an einem Call Center, die einem erklären wollen, sie wären in Kotzbühel selbst, was schlichtweg eine Lüge ist"
