"West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch. "

"My husband and I did a quick getaway and stayed at the Villa Del Mar. We had a wonderful stay, rooms were spacious yet cozy and clean. It felt like a mini apartment on the beach. It was a quick 3 min walk to the beach (which was located across the street thru another hotel). Karon the beach attendant for Villa Del Mar was outstanding he set up our beach chairs every morning and gave us a prime spot. Beaches were the most beautiful we have ever seen and we travel a lot. "The Windsong was great! We had a fantastic time. The people were all very friendly and happy to assist us, from the check-in to the restaurant and bars to the beach crew. Our room was huge and had a great view. We loved how close the beach was and that the “toys” were all available to us to use. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and in the rooftop bar, too. The only recommendation I have would be to maybe have some group events for the guests like a beach volleyball game or something so we could...

"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."
