"My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. "My husband and I stayed at Studio 27 Inn for the first time, the staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the only negativity was minor stains on the floor and carpet, in need of decorating, apart from that, we will definitely stay again, when back in Trinidad. Lovely staff, made us felt welcome."

"It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here."
