"This was the 2nd stay and enjoyed"

"Everything is broken"

"Roof top bar was closed to the public. It was one of the main reason I booked the hotel, no notice given."

"Amazing stay! It’s very quiet and the staff is very kind and ready to help. The community is also nice."

"When I arrived and walked into the lobby, I saw that the entire lobby atrium was completely torn up. There was a bobcat loader doing work in there, dust EVERYWHERE! To my shock, the restaurant was unavailable also. NOT what the site described or promoted. I stayed up on the sixth floor and their was dust up there as well. The floors were dirty, everything you touched had dust. No offer for a discount or offers for anything to make things better. I will NOT stay there again."

"Extremely friendly staff. Excellent location. Nice walking track and close to LaFortune Park which has a great three-mile walking track."

"Room was not ready until after 6:00, with a 4:00 check in. Had to leave for an event, so was not able to get in my room until 12:30 am."

"Cool hotel, the bunk beds were great"

"Lean room, good breakfast but you do pay for parking."

"We enjoyed our stay"

"When we checked in the elevator was out of order. There was hair in the shower and stains on the comforter. There was a leak in the ceiling that went from our floor (2) to the first floor. Our entire stay (5 days) there was just a bucket and missing ceiling tiles. Our room door was busted in the bottom. The next day the hotel caught fire. The day after that the WiFi and tvs went down for multiple hours. We had to get our room key reset every day. Lots of homeless people on and directly around...

"I've been back to this place several times and like most of it. For the price, decent room, convenient fridge and hotplate, clean. But one thing I DON'T like - the lousy shower head and tepid water. The shower heads are flow restricted and can only shoot a narrow spray of water. You gotta dance around in the shower to get all the soap off. And it takes forever for the water to heat up and even then it's only barely hot. I'd give it a five except for this. PLEASE do something about this."
