"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!"

"The resort does seem to be the most up market in the area but it has a long way to go before it rates as well as a 5 star resort at say, Fiji. The rooms are nice but are not regularly deep cleaned. Washing machine and shower frames all dirty. The beds are terrible, I asked for a new mattress but it was no better. They are noisy with any movement, you can feel the springs and they are very firm. The shower head holder in my room was broken, reported it and maintenance replaced the head but left...

"It is a great place to spend your vacation. We would stay here again if we come to Samoa. However, one recommended improvement is to add mosquitos repellent devices to the rooms and restaurant"

"We spent ten days at the resort and despite of a couple days of wet weather we had a wonderful time. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The tropical breakfast was very good . The Spa at the resort was excellent, especially massage and face treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday."

"Well located with a nice pool. The room was spacious, comfortable and the outdoor shower and bathroom were nice. We didn't experience the restaurant as there were private functions on the evenings we stayed but we found some great places to eat near by with recommendations from the staff and friends of ours. Very convenient for the Robert Louis Stevenson house and for adventures over the hill to the south coast, whilst also only 5mins drive from Apia town center. Parking at the hotel was easy...

"An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff.
