"Beautiful property however the staff wasn’t very welcoming. They wouldn’t greet us, they took their time to make drinks and it seemed like congregating with each other was more important than attending to their guests. Food was good, not many options though. I suggest that they get more staff to wait on guests in the pool area and beach. "

"My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. "The room was clean, AC could not be adjusted, either cold or just take it off. Bfast had a variety with a limited choice for vegetarians . Free shuttle to and from the airport and nearby mall is a good incentive. Will definitely recommend."

"The room was not clean. There were some sort of metal shavings on the ground. The door handle was broken. Furniture unclean. Wifi did not work a bit. No cleaners came in between the days to change towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff was friendly for the most part but the infrastructure is terrible"

"It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again."
