"The internet and the gym where the only problems but they did find a workaround for the internet all they need to do is buy more routers to fix the internet problem. The gym both treadmills aren't working and little stuffy,since in Jamaica walked on the beach. Food was good and staff was great this little hotel shows great promise I hope they keep making improvements"

"I booked a room with double beds and got a king. The room was ok. You are allotted two wash cloths a day and two towels per person. Please bring your own. The sofa was visibly dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. If you are bringing food from outside of the resort good luck with warming up leftovers. My initial contact with staff member was pleasant when checking in. However, I had an issue with TV and when speaking to staff representative at the front desk. She asked did I turn the TV on. This was laughable. Of course I turned it on. They screen everyone who is coming into the resort. You must be on the reservation list and you must present your wrist brand. The food was ok but if you are looking for an authentic food experience. You will have to venture out to the local restaurants. Would I return to a RIU property. Yes, but perhaps a different one."

"Positives - Clean and quiet room couldn't hear anyone and they could not hear me Food was good Phelesha Collins an excellent server and there is a lady on the AM shift that works the breakfast area, I did not get her name....we will call her fat legs with the mole on her face. Also genuine and quite nice. Thank you both. Internet was excellent I was able to work, and be a hermit in my room; TV great and phone worked in the room Ocean view was top notch, I want the same room when I come back. Negatives Called their call center and they told me no rooms were available for the dates I selected 3/23-27 yet I was able to book the same dates on a separate media - do you guys not like Jamaicans coming to your hotel I wonder? Staff were lukewarm generally, a few genuinely nice servers - shout out to Phelesha Collins the young lady that was humble and genuine with her service at Mandalay restaurant. Please congratulate her for being consistent, friendly and professional. She ensured I was taken care of. I watched her with other guests and saw that it was not different between foreigner or local. A very pleasant young lady. I am concerned on whether you are treating your staff well. Phelesa a generous tip has been provided for you. Thank you for your service. Please have tokens for the 🎱 table Why are you using artificial sand, please take care of the beachfront entrusted to you by the people of Jamaica. Will I return, yes."
