"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

"Magnifique vue sur le lac. Hôtel idéalement placé car pas trop loin de la ville.
Cependant déjeuner pas super pour 6€ par personne.
La chambre est bien mais les finitions 0 par contre le personnel est au petit soin.
Manque de sun bed au bord de la piscine. "

"Everything was simply wonderful. The warmth of the personnel, the bar service, the pool, the comfort of the bedrooms, the size of the bathroom, the location was also good and very convenient for the safaris."

"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "

"The manager and staff were super nice which is really what made our stay. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable.
The facilities are average but some of it does need an update as the A/C units are really loud and the curtains aren't in great condition. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms and so to use Wi-Fi you need to go to the common area which in the evenings gets a TON of mosquitoes so that wasn't idea. But the pool was nice and landscaping was well-maintained. "
