"well... I think you have to intermediate somehow. When I arrived, they said they know nothing about the room and should check with you because you didn't send them any message, for my booking. Then I asked for the invoice, since I paid with my business card (it was a business trip) and they said again that you have to send them I do not know what chip, so only after they could emit a proper legal invoice. So... do you do something or shall I ? thank you "

"The room was nice and big , super clean . We even had a kitchen in the room , mini bar prices are very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from downtown by walking. We loved it ! Highly recommend."

"I love this hotel, friendly staff, good spa amenities, modern decor in the room, well finished (I stayed in the 4* part of the hotel), tv channel options in English (such a welcome relief) and affordable meals, cheaper than what I found in town. Areas for improvements, wifi - I couldn't get any wifi in the room but this didn't bother me too much, the spa lobby was relaxing and I stayed there when I wanted wifi; breakfast - the hot food part was always a bit cold but seeing as this was supposed...
