"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Salamanca. The property was beautifully clean, very well maintained, and had a modern feel throughout. The room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Its location was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet for a good rest. Absolutely worth the price, and we would definitely stay here again!!!"

The problems were: 1) complete lack of human interaction 2) incessant messaging, more than all other hotels on this 2 week trip combined. 3) Inability to check-in until 4 PM. 4) spotty internet, making Virtual check-in and virtual keys so unreliable that we didn't feel comfortable leaving the room completely.
