"Unfortunately, the room was poorly maintained and did not appear to have been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The sheets still had visible hair and oily marks, the toilet ran every few minutes, and transition strips were missing from the flooring, leaving exposed staples that could easily cut someone’s foot. This felt much more like a motel than a hotel. We were travelling as a family and did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room, so we left within 30 minutes of checking...
