"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well.
Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. Lot of red paint over the mirror in the bathroom.

"Basic but good value. Unfortunately a long way from the centre – 45 mins if the traffic is light but up to 90 mins in heavy traffic, so not ideal for tourism. Also make sure you have address and phone no with you as taxis find it difficult to locate.
