"This was by far one of the best stays in Vietnam. The lokation in Puluong is very peaceful and beautiful. The room has everything you need. We had a nice room with our own pool. The cleaning is good. The breakfast is very tasteful and dinner also. We would highly recommend their stir-fried noodles with beef! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at Hanasa Puluong Resort!"

"This location is exceptional in every way. We were welcomed with a smile, suitcases carried to our beautiful room with an amazing view on the third floor. The room was very comfortable, very clean with all amenities. The grounds are nothing short of spectacular, 2 pools, lush gardens. The entire property looks over rice fields. The restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend staying here, we stayed a total of 5 nights."

"Staff were so kind, so helpful, always smiling and willing to help. Things in the area can be quite expensive so plan ahead and bring cash. The pathways on the property can also be quite slippery. The bed was so comfortable and the views are spectacular. "

"Very enjoyable stay, nice new hotel, good size well appointed comfortable luxury rooms. Great buffet spread for breakfast and dinner. Attention to detail in the decor. Staff exceedingly helpful is all areas. Exceptionally good value. Would definatwly stay again when in area."

"Un lieu magique, piscine incroyable et plusieurs restaurants pour 6 à 8 euros le plat autour, de quoi changer un peu tous les jours. Mais en août l'absence de climatisation se fait sentir et l'inconfort de l'humidité après qu'il ait plu. Sinon, tout était parfait, notamment le personnel à l'écoute. "

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. "We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "
