"We stayed at the Anna Noi Hotel as an overnight stop en route & and our return journey. Anna, the owner of the hotel is very hospitable and eager to ensure her guests have an excellent stay. The hotel is no more than a 5 minute journey from Hanoi airport. Anna provides a speedy transfer to and from airport at half the cost of the local taxis. And our return transfer to the airport was free.
On our return journey, we rang Anna once we arrived at the airport to arrange airport pickup, and Anna immediately went up to our room to turn on the air conditioning, so when we go there our room was cooled, welcome when the Hanoi heat & humidity hit you.
The room was clean, brilliant white sheets & towels. Despite appearing to be next to a busy road, we heard no traffic noise. Newly refurbished, everything is clean, works properly and sparkles. Room fitted with a kettle, 2 bottles of water with superb air conditioning. Anna sees you to your room and ensures you're happy with everything.
We are seasoned travellers and would highly recommend Anna Noi Hanoi Hotel if you're looking for a hotel that is westernised, very clean, close to the airport with a host who is eager to help. And incredibly affordable.
