"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel, breakfast and staff were all nice. The water park was smaller than it seemed in the advertisement and more of a pool for kids with a small lazy river. Also note that the water park view is mainly the parking lot. The hot tub as well as the exercise room was across the street in another Music Road property which was inconvenient and not expected."

"We spent three nights at the Gaylord. The staff are top notch. Literally everywhere you go in the hotel. We were asked by employees of every position if we needed assistance with directions and other things. They just noticed us and jumped in to help. The hotel was beautiful, clean, lots of great restaurants. We loved it!"

"We had to change rooms when we got there initially because of cleanliness but the staff was responsive and gave us a new one immediately. It was a decent stay with good breakfast and was convenient for walking downtown. We would stay there again. I would just add the pool definitely needed to be strained a bit. We also didn’t know we had to pay for a parking spot ($20)"
