"Some features including the on-site bar a dining were not available. The biggest issue I had was receiving a phone call on the hotel phone. It was a solicitation call recruiting me for a presentation I presume about a time share."

We were put across the street and it seems that there are residents that live there, which is not an issue however, the issue is that these people did not take care of theirselves or the place they stayed in and they would be up late at night smoking weed outside....

"The hotel was nice. It was about an 8-10 minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. My room was clean. It was great that free breakfast was available. That was a money saver. There were so many food and drink choices available for everyone. It was nice that they had sugar in the raw packets for my coffee. I will be back."

"It is a beautiful brand new Dolly themed hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Need reservations for Jolene’s rooftop bar (enclosed), as well as However there are definitely some “kinks” that need to be ironed out. Initially, there should be automatic doors when you walk in due to the fact you have luggage and unless the valet are standing right there, it’s difficult to get in. Next, you walk into a first floor lobby and have to go up elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. Odd, but never did...

"Room was laid out in a manner that did not work for us and needed attention cleanliness. Reasons 1. No place for two people to watch tv other than sitting on the bed. 2. No place to unpack. Had to keep clothes in suitcase. 3. Spiderwebs on ceiling and on the balcony. 4. Shower door needed to be adjusted as the water leaked on the floor. 5. Mold in the toilet and on the floor around the balcony door. 6. Very expensive as there was no parking or breakfast included. On the positive side: 1 ....
