Tennessee Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Upon checking in, the total for our stay was given and paid for including pet fees. Upon checking out they attempted to charge us another rough $150 for supposed pet fees. Needless to say we refused to pay anything in addition to the total we were given upon check in. Male dayshift Manager was rude and dismissive. Hospitality could use some further training and education."

"Staff and room, especially the beds were great. Breakfast is much better than most. Would definitely stay again. Location is a bit of a walk, but good with us."

"The property was pretty dated and the furnishings were old and banged up. Fixtures in the bathroom and the tub could use a refresh. Place just had a run down feel to it. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. There is a very nice pool area on the property."

"There was not parking offered, lot was full. No coffee unless paid for at cafe. Heard water run loudly all the time. Bed was very comfortable."

"They made my Family including Autistic daughter feel welcome:) We have been here 3 times this year. A lot of the front desk, pool attendants, and activity staff remember us and call my daughter by name :) She loves it here! Will be going back again and again!"

"A shuttle from the airport would be a great idea. Late checkout fees are a joke and a money grab."
