"Da Expedia meinen falschen Status (Silber ststt Gold) übermittelt hat wurden die VIP Benefits nicht gewährt. Da ist Expedia nicht zuverlässig und man hat Diskusiionen mit dem Hotel. Brazucht keiner. Frühstück toll, aber der Service köbbte besser sein, viele Bereiche leer, keine Gläser etc. verfügbar"

"There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area. "
