"Room was nice and clean. No noise from other rooms. So, slept well. Jacuzzi and Steam room awesome. Did not eat food in the hotel. So, can’t comment about that. Hotel room corridors unclean and was humid and no AC. Lobby has a light AC. After several complaints there was mild AC in the corridor. Why wouldn’t the hotel air condition the whole building? Don’t understand. Room service for coffee was so so. Coffee was like warm despite asking for extra hot. Very basic TV in the room"

"Very nice hotel located at the top of a hill in Ooty. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff was extremely friendly and provided good service. Hotel location makes it easy to walk down to main city area where lots restaurants are available. However, you can easily eat at the in house restaurant as well. There is a game room for kids to play. Afternoon tea in the garden was nice everyday between. 5-6pm. Only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool to property. "

"The only advantage is this is very close to US Consulate and that’s it. No where close to what is shown in pictures on Expedia!!! Room was smelly, lift in not so good shape old one with plywood coming out from places. No one to tell where the room is and on floor no room indicators. Breakfast was ok but just 3 items. Dinner… I got something which I never ordered and no replacement nothing. I asked for coke or juice or anything available but nothing was. After check out when I went to...
