"I was extremely sick on my vacation. The staff at the reception, restaurant and facilities helped me to a doctor with a med transport, covered both ways, and lots of support and popsicles! Absolutely cannot thank the staff enough. Would absolutely stay here again."

"From the minute we got to the hotel we could tell it was a quality place. Everything looked new and well-maintained, especially for a place that caters to children. The room was huge, plenty of space for a family of 4. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's so much to do for the kids, they especially liked the scavenger hunt. You can't beat the location, right across from Legoland and a short walk from Lego House. We visited both. Just know if you're going to drive, you have to...

"Firstly, incredibly easy check in process. In and ready to go to our rooms in under two minutes. Secondly, lovely and clean rooms. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to, but I still got a great sleep nonetheless. Shower pressure could have been stronger BUT I still managed to get a satisfying shower. Thirdly, breakfast was delicious and the gluten free options were very good! Lastly, distance to the airport was incredibly short, so you didn't have to spend the whole day figuring out...

"Unfortunately, the hotel did not have air-conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. The people at the front desk really didn’t know if there was anything they could do. They did change us to a newer building which they thought would be cooler but still not air-conditioned.. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff was great."
