"No sound proofing as mentioned during booking time Airport shuttle was not included when travelling back to hotel and no explanation about it Price of dinner is too much Breakfast was good & room was clean too"

"What a great hotel within walking distance from the train station. Nice, inviting lobby. The staff were excellent. Room was very comfortable, and loved the bathroom. Most are very small in Switzerland, this was very nice. Big shower with a rain shower and wand. Sink was a little slow to drain. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Excellent stay after 20 days solo traveling around Switzerland. "

"Ideal location, comfortable room. Shower was nice, but water gets on the floor in the bathroom (it gets super steamy). Great staff. They have outlet converters you can borrow. There are stairs to enter through the front, no stairs if you go around the corner to the back entrance "
